Block Space Agreement Cargo
1.8 Unless otherwise specified in the agreement, the tariffs set out in the agreement include ramp positioning, depositioning, loading and unloading of the aircraft, but they do not include – and the list below is not exhaustive – the preparation and packaging of cargo, cold storage, re-pedaling services, storage at destination, customs duties, customs duties and taxes. Singapore Airlines also reported its third-quarter results, with the cargo division posting strong results. In the nine months to December 31, 2017, operating income improved significantly from $8 million in 2016 to $120 million, with a $210 million increase in revenue due to improved freight transportation and yields due to strengthened market conditions. 5.2 Until the acceptance by CV of the cargo to be transported under the contract on arrival at the airport facilities, the customer guarantees that it does not contain contraband, equipment, products or other substances whose import/export, possession, transport or distribution will constitute a violation of a law of the founding country of the customer, Luxembourg and another country responsible for the aircraft and/or cargo or operation under this agreement. The client undertakes to exempt CV from all costs, expenses, expenses (including attorneys` fees), losses, debts and damages suffered by CV as a result of a breach of the above guarantee. 1.9 Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, the rates indicated in the contract table apply to normal general, palletable and stackable freight – CV classic – ready to be rented and does not include product fees and CV fees. CV reserves the right to: To levy surcharges for shipments falling within the scope of CV products and, in the case of other specific types of cargo, including, but not limited to, hum, MIL, RRR, explosives, weapons and ammunition and/or related to CV products such as CV Jumbo, CV Power, CV Hazmat, CV, CV fresh, CV alive, CV precious, CV select, CV select+, as described on the CV website. The year 2020 has been like no one else for air cargo: the sector has succeeded. For the perishable goods sector, the problem has become more urgent, as airlines have to choose between lower-paid perishable goods or other higher-paid goods. One carrier said it would not be unreasonable for a carrier to “look for the goods that make more money.” 1.5 Routing(s) uses the distribution of traffic rights corresponding to CV. In the event that such rights are not granted, revoked or terminated on a given route, the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the route concerned shall either be suspended (i) until the corresponding traffic rights are granted, or (ii) they are not granted within three (3) months from the date of the corresponding contract of sale; including, but not limited to, the Open Space Agreement, Rigid Space or Capacity Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) or the loss of such rights. 5.1 The Parties would fulfil their obligations with respect to the Treaty by complying with all applicable national and international rules, including, but not limited to, all applicable conflicts of interest, export controls, anti-corruption legislation and corruption in the Customer`s country of origin, Luxembourg, the EU, the United States, the United Kingdom and any other country responsible for the aircraft and/or cargo or operation under this Agreement. .
